Leave [..] given to the Inhabitants in Wallnut tree Court
adjoyning on the North part of this house to carry the
raine water thence in a drame thro the Hospitall
of the womens Ward into the Comon Sewer during
pleasure paying 12d. a Yeare & keeping it in repaire
and making good all damage that Shall happen to
any the pavemts. of the Hospitall or otherwise thereby

The Labortary & yard of the Apothecarys new
Apartment to bee paved with Purbeek stone & with
Flanders tiles.

The great Stairecase to the new Shall Etc to be made
with firr & Stepps of Dram Deale. The Quadrangle
to bee paved with Capell stones foote in breadth
in the middle cross from one side to the other & the other
part without this Hamells with ordinary pavemt. Stones.
