said John Forman< no role > offers to build upon parte thereof and laid
out 5. or £600. on reasonable termes, and besides on the
same side of the said streete there is another peice of
almost Fower acres fronting the same Streete which may
bee improved by building, and that possibly other
improvements may bee made of other parts of our
lands lett there This Comittee therefore doth think fitt
that a Speciall and exact view bee taken of all the said
lands and the President is pleased to be present att
it and the Comittee named Mr. Treasurer Cart. Bolls Mr.
Cartwright Mr. Brownsmith Mr. Thomas George Ford< no role > Esqr
& Capt. Smith to waite upon the President and take the
said view with him and consider what are the best
waies & meanes to improve the said lands for the
good of the poore and Make report thereof to this

Whereas the Generall Court have by their order do
27. April 1693 for graunting of Leases to Tenants att
Tibshelfe in the County of Derby direct that a Lease be
made to Mary Boler< no role > or for her use of the farme in the
Possession of Richd. Turner< no role > and his wife for 21. yeares
Nevertheles the sd. Mr. Boler Should bee oblidged to permitt
the said Richd. Turner< no role > & his now wife to enjoy the estate
to bee Leased to her or for her use for all the terme if
they or either of them so long live hee & shee paying to
