The Comittee agreed wth. Capt .John Richard Moore< no role > for a
Lease of the Farme of Bewick for one & twenties
yeare from Whitson tide next for a fine of One
thousand and eight hundred pounds to be paid in
hand eight hundred pounds & the other one thousand
pounds in five yeares from Christmas were by our
hundred pounds every Six moneths and Covenant
as in former Lease & the £1000 residue of the
fine to be secured by the Lease at Richd. More< no role > .
& under the oh Rent of Fiftir pounds p Ann.

The lease lately graunted to George Cooper< no role > of the
Crispiana to be made to Charles Hopton< no role >
