& brick layers that did the worke
in hand, to pull downe the buildings that are to be demolished
to Finish the New intended Square at their owne Charges
and to give the house for all Materials (Except Glass,
Broad Stones, Bedsteads with their Appartennces and the
Wainescott in the Taking in roome, and all Materials of the
Piazza in the fore Court Yard) For £210: yet with a
reserve of refference to the Sub-Comittee as to the £10:
as they Shall find the Materials to rise Etc.
And the Workmen have liberty to use in the New Building
yet to be done Such part of the Old Materials, as the
Sub-Comittee think fitt; and they to pforme the rest of
the worke att the Rates they have done the former building,
and the Floore of the New hall
to be laid with Clean Deales
