you can make any observation once from themI have to
remark on the Colliery Accot. that Mr. Jeffrees prevents to Ressigation
paid an order of Messes. Wilksmen for £120. on your Account £78.2.7
of which went to balance the Sough Accot. £41.17.5 (the Remainder) was
placed to the Collerey Account, but in what Manner this Sum was ex.-
-pended has never, that I have of, appeared upon Your Accot. Some
then £164.11.4 has been paid [..] Peprepares very vouches, the Returns
now upon the Collecey Accot. occur to bein Coals unpaid for. 32.18.7

Sir
Mr Thomson doing in the Honour to introduce me to you for
your good offices on an intracts Business which relates to an Estate
belonging to this Hospital, I take the Liberty of annexery an Exleast
of a Letter franther Chambers our Agent, which wellfully replain
the Object I wish to attain on Behalf of the Hospital. The
presence of the Terms having been severely felt by this Establish-
-ment. we have not much open Cash for purchasing Estates & conse-
-quently should prefer buying an Road to the Scars haves burns. I
think it would be more desirable to one by your privately Notifica-
tion what Mr. Alor well sell the Farmser I take the Liberty of
Suggesting the Property of not naming the Road tell has sent reveals
are known on the Subject of the Money he will take for the Estate
which I should be enclosed to recommend to the Hospital Purchase
provided it can be bought an tolerable Terms-The Price the Chanters
names Seems much above the Value.

I am formed upon some Term ago that the Bill you had left without
for £182.4.Drawn by Mr. John Owen< no role > on Messrs Collins, on Accot. of
Timber sold him on the Molten Estate, had not been accepted.
The Term having seen out it was presented for payment but has
not been honoured. I have in consequence had invesed & new return
it to you for the persone of recovering the amount of the Caven acct.

for I need not observe to you that he should be looked after as
well for this Sum, as for the Remainder which he is to pay some Time
hence.When you have corrected the Acct. of the sale of
this Timber I shall be glad to received back from you: Mr. Morlen
has also some Vouches for Timber at Denham, which washed some
Rectification, & which should then be returned.
