Sir
I Rec'd your favour of the 20th. Inst: And in a firm
Dependance on your promise that no Attempt will be made to pass
the Bill this Session the Governors of the Hospital will Suspend
any Steps to oppose it for the Present.

In case of any future proceedings I apprehend they
will in a great Measure Refer their Interest to the Care of Mr:
Watson whose thorough knowledge of the Estate, as well as his
Connection with it as their Tenant Sufficiently Qualifye him for
that Purpose

In this View I must desire you will inform him
of every future Occurance relative to the Affair and dare say
you will find him to act Consistently & with Candour

I am Sr. Etc
