Sir
Yrs. of the 10th. inst. has been laid before Mr Treasurer
& has ordered me to acquaint Yo. that he desires Yo. will get a
Estimate taken of the necessary Repairs to be done at Gregory's
& bring it with Yo. when Yo. come to town to settle the Rents
of the two Tents. and has with then give proper Directions
for yr. future Conduct

Sent Notice to the several Tenants of the Manors of
Denham Lynsters Masworth Bumpstead & Parndon
that Mr Morse would hold Courts there on the following

Upon every Assignment of an Hospital Lease there is an
Alienation Fine dueThe Fine of £13..6..8 was paid on
Barter's Assignment to you But there the like Fine due on
Your Assignment to Mr. MorleyI dont know who made
it but it was my proper Business to Do itThe Rainer at
in Compting House could not take the Rent of Mr. Morley
without the above Fine of which I thought proper to Trouble
you with this Notice.
