Sir
Mr. Treasurer has ordered me to write in
Answer to Yr's. of the 2d. inst. That some of the Govrs.
will be at Tibshelfe this Year to view their Estate there
and grant Leases, when it will be most proper for
Mr. Allwood to apply for Leave to make Bricks upon
the Common

Madm. The half Year's Rent to Michs last is paid
Mr. Treasurer is surprised at Mr. Ventum's neglecting
to try to care the Chimnies of smocking, which he is
under a particular Contract to do, & finish what ever
he has omittedMr. Sheere will be called upon to
consider all Yr. Complaints, & to send Orders to the
Bricklayer, (Ventum) accordinglyI am likewise
to acquaint You that if Yo. employ any Workmen
without Mr. Treasurer's Orders, he will not allow
their Bills

ordered me to acquaint Yo. that he wd. have Yo. send up
all the Money Yo. have reced.for that there will be enough
in Gregory's hands to pay for Repairs
