I recd. Yrs of the 4th inst. And for Answer an to acquaint
Yo. that I have not recd. Mr. Treasurers Orders as yet, to go into the
Country to enquire Mr. Timms Character and Mr. Treasurer is at
present out of Town your Request for an Abatement of the Landlay,
payable to the Hospital, has been laid before the Commee and the Gratham [..]
are of Opinion that they cannot alter the Agreemt. made [..] th Mr. Aldwins

Mrs. Treasurer has seen Yrs. of the 4th. inst. And ordered
me to acquaint Yo. That if Mr. Timms will call here Mr. Treasurer
will talk with him about the Farmer And Mr. Storage will send to the
Bricklayers about the Smoaky Chimnies

Mr. Treasurer has seen Yr. Letter of 12th. inst. And has
ordered me to write for Answer That Mr. Bevan had Directions to
make use of the Timber out of the Mr. Smiths House now pulling down
to repair Yr. Parlour Floor & to make as Stair case as You desired
when the Govrs. were last at Your House of which yp. will put
Mr. Bevan in mind that it may be done at this time but yo. have
forgot that Yo. told the Gentleman then Yo. would give up the Grocery
for a new Stair Case which Proposal of Yrs. is returned in the Reput
of the sd. Govrs. & therefore cannot be altered
