rent due for the premisses assigned, & I really did not expect
when I wrote you about that rent by Order of a Comittee that
I should be a fur'd to apply anywhere else: Mr. Trahorn can
only act as you shall think fitt to direct but that you
might see no civility was wanting on my side I did send
the letter (when it rerurn'd from you) by a Beadle to Mr.
Trahern from whom I have heard nothing You will for
the future excuse me from looking to any body but your
self & Co Assignee & I hope will forthwith order paymt.
of the arrears & prevent a distress upon the tenants
in possesion which will be made without further
notice of the rent is not paid I having direction
from the Comee to proceed to get in the hospital arrears
as speedily as may he
