There are about 311 Acres of Land belonging to
Clay Tye Farme and Mr. Ablin was to plow only
Such part as had been usually Blowed, He has not
Signed any agreement to quit it but says he is
ready to do so on his being allowed for his Improve
-ments And it is to be Consider'd what he has a
right to have valued And also what he ought to
allow the Hospitall for he has no doubt used the
Farme ill, The premisses must be put into repair
but I Should be glad to talk with you and Consider
what will be necessary, When you have heard
of a Farmer that is like to make a good Tenant
(and he ought to have a great deal of Money in
in his pocquet to use the Farme to Advantage)
that is willing to treat for it pray let me know
I am very Sorry I happend to be from home
Yestorday when you Called at my house, I should
be glad to know when your occasions will call
you again to London If you are conversant in
Building I Should be glad to know your thoughts
about a Stable and the price of Worke we proper
a brick one of 20 by 21 feet within to hold 10 or
12 horses, and I belive it should be soon built
