support their said Appeal but not appearing nor any Person on their behalf

It is Ordered (upon Motion of Counsel for that purpose made for and [..]
the behalf of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel ) that the said Appeal be and the same is
hereby dismissed and that the said Pass Warrant or Order of the said two
Justices be and the same is hereby Confirmed: and It is further Ordered
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint
George do maintain and provide for the said Jane Smith< no role > and her said two
Children untill they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of
Law.
