MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King, holden for the County of
Middlesex , at the Guildhall in King Street, Westminster , in the said County on Wednesday
the Twenty third Day of October in the thirty ninth Year of the
Regin of our Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before William
Mainwaring

Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said Lord the King, assigned to keep the Peace in the
County aforesaid; and also to bear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours
committed in the same County. That Session of the Peace is adjourned, by the aforesaid Justices of
our said Lord the King abovenamed and others their Fellows aforesaid, here until Monday
the Twenty eighth day of the same Month of October at the hour of Ten in the Forenoon
of the same Day, to be holden at the Session House upon Clerkenwell Green , in and for the said County,
and that at the same Session of the Peace being holden by Adjournment aforesaid, at the Session House
aforesaid, in and for the said County, on the said Monday the Twenty eighth Day of
October in the Fourteenth Year of the Reign of our said Sovereign Lord George the third king of Great Britain Etc before the said Justices of our said Lord the King
abovenamed, and others their Fellows aforesaid. That Session of the Peace is adjourned by the afore-
said Justices of our said Lord the King above named, and others their Fellows aforesaid, here until
Tuesday the Twenty Ninth Day of the same Month of October at the Hour and
Place last abovesaid, and that at the same Session of the Peace, being holden by Adjournment afore-
said, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on the said Tuesday the
Twenty Ninth Dy of October in the Year last aforesaid before the said Justices of our
said Lord the King abovenamed, and others their Fellows aforesaid. That Session of the Peace is ad-
juorned by the aforesaid Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed, and others their Fellows
aforesaid, here until Wednesday the thirteenth Day of the same Month of October
at the Hour and Place last abovesaid, and that at the same Session of the Peace being holden by Ad-
Journment aforesaid, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on the said
Wednesday the thirtieth Day of October in the Year last aforesaid before the
said Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed, and others their Fellows aforesaid, that Session
of the Peace is adjourned by the aforesaid Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed, and
others their Fellows aforesaid here until Thursday the thirty first Day of the same Month
of October at the Hour and Place last abovesaid. And that at the same Session of the Peace
being holden by Adjournment aforesaid, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on
the said Thursday the thirty First Day of October in the Year last aforesaid before
the said Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed, and others their Fellows aforesaid.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint
George in the County of Middlesex Did at the last General Quarter Session of
the Peace held in and for this County Exhibit their petition and Appeal setting
forth That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of removal under the Hands
and Seals of Rise Daires and William Forsteen< no role > Esquirs two of His Majesty's
Justices of the peace acting in and for the County of Middlesex bearing date the
15th day of June 1799 Jane Smith< no role > Widow of William Smith< no role > deceased and their
two Children Vizt. Thomas< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > were conveyed from and out of the Parish
of Saint Mary White Chapel in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint
George in the said County of Middlesex as the lawful settlement of her the said Jane
Smith
< no role > and her said two Children: whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves
aggrieved which said Appeal stood duly adjourned until this day Now the
said Appeal coming on to be Heard and the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the said Parish of Saint George being solemnly called to come Forth and
