assembled-

The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Churwarden
& Overseers of the Hamlet of Gosford in the Parish of
Kidling in the Court of Oxford-

Sheweth.

That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of N. W. Mortimer & Richard Holbrook< no role >
Esquires 2 of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said County
of Middlesex (our being of the Quorum) bearing Date the 12th.
day of April last John Graves< no role > & Elizabeth< no role > his [..] Wife were inte [..]
to be removed from the Parish of Saint Pancras in the County of
Middlesex to the said Hamlet of Gosford as the place of their last
legal Settlement.

That by an Indorsement on the back of the said Order [..]
Dated the 12th. day of April last the Magistrates suspended the
Execution of the said Order till the said Elizabeth could be
safely removed she then not being in a State of Health to be Removed.

That by another Indorsement dated the 7th. day of June
last the said Magistrates permitted the said Paupers told removed &
directed the Churchwardens & overseers of the said Hamlet of Gosford
to pay to the said Churchwardens & Overseers of Saint Pan [..]
