intituled " An Act for rendering more Commodious and for better Regulating the Port of London" You are hereby required to impannet Summon and return a Competent Number of
Substautial and Dismteressed Persons Qualified to serve on Juries not less them Forty Eight nor more them Seventy two to be and Appear before His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and
for the County of Middlesex at the General Quarter Session of the Peace of Our Lord the Hor [..] and for the said County to be holden by adjournment at the Sessions House for the said County
Situate on Clerkenwell Green in the said County on Tuesday the Nineteenth day of November next at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon of the same day when and where a Jury of twelve Men

Thomas Drain his Undertenants or Assigns Abutting Partly toward the South on Dingle [..] aforesaid and Partly on Land of or belonging to James Wood< no role > towards the West on Land of or belonging [..]
[..] and towards the North on Land of or belonging to the said Thomas Drain And also all that other Piece or parcel of Meadow or Marsh Land with the Appurtenames conta [..]
[..] measurement two Acres two Roots and twenty five Perches or there abouts Situate lying and being on the West Side of Dingles Lane aforesaid abutting towards the South on Lane of or belonging [..]
the said Thomas Dadin towards the West on Land of or belonging to [..] Emmetts And towards the North on Black Lane Posscar the same being premises within the Limits [..]
the said Act Mentioned and which the Mayor Aldermen and Commons of the City of London in Common Council Assembled think necessary to be purchased for the effecting the Improvements Directed
as the said Act for the Sell and conveyance whereof the persons interested therein have not agreed with the said Mayor Alderman and Commons in Common Council Assembled or the Persons or Persons
authorized by them And the said Jury are also to enquire of the said Pieces or Parcels of Land Tenements or Here [..] and Premises and of the proportionable [..] (if [..] ) of the
respective Estates and Interests of all and every Persons and Persons (if any) Seized or Possessed thereof for interested therein or of or in any panter parts [..] of The Frechold and Int [..] tance of which said Pieces or parcels of Tenemends or Heredit [..] ments
and premises with the Apprentices or some other Estate or Interest therein or in some [..] thereof is Claimed by Thomas Drain And the said Jury are also to Assess and Award the Sum
a Stones of Money (if any) to be paid to the said Thomas Drain or any other person or persons Party or Parties Respectively for the Purchase of the said Pieces or Parcels of Land Fincineuty or
[..] and Premises with the Appurtenances or any Paid thereof And of the Several and respective Estates and Interests (if any) of every or any other Person or Persons whomsoever in
the said Pieces or Parcels of Land Tenements or Hereaitments and premises with the Appurtenames or in any pout thereif And also for Good Will Improvements or any Injury or Damage
[..] soever that may affect any such Person or Persons Party or Parties either as Leascholder or Tenant at Will (if any) So that the said Justices shall and may give such Judgement thereupon
as shall be necessary and expedient so and in such manner that all the Estate Right Title Interest rest Trust Property Claim and Dunand whatsoever either at Law or in Equity of the said
Thomas Drain< no role > and of every other Person and Persons whomsoever seized or Possessed of or interested in or Claimed any Estate Right Title Trust Alse or Interest of in to or out of the said Pieces or
effectually in Complaince with the Provi [..] ons of the said Act Verted in the Mayor and Personally and Citizens of the City of London and their Successors for the Purposes of and pinduant to the
Directions of the said Act Dated the Twenty Ninth Day of October One thousand [..] hundred and Ninety Nine.
