Middlesex

Sheweth
That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of Rupert Clarke< no role >
and Edward Naish< no role >
. Esquires
Two of His
Majestys Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the said County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 30th. day of September
1799. Mary Mc. Namara< no role >
Spinster
and her illegitimate Child, named
William< no role >
for Nurture were removed and conveyed from and out of the said
Parish of Saint Mary le Strand
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the
County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields as the
Place of her last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the Adjudication of the said Two Justices
and their said Order and pray that your Worships
will be pleased to appoint a Day to hear and
determine the said Appeal.
And Your Petitioners will ever pray Etc.
