same & pray that your Worships will be
Pleased to appoint a Day in this present
Sessions that Parties concerned may
Attend to hear & abide the Judgment &
Determination of this Court touching the said
Appeal

At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King holden in and for the County of
Middlesex at the Session House for the said
County on Monday the 28th. day of October in the
fortieth Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the third King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by the Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the parish of Saint Pancras have Notice of the within
Appeal & that they and all Persons concerned may attend the Court
on Thursday next the thirty frist Instant at the Hour of nine [..]
in the fore noon of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of the Court touching the said Appeal.
