MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord, the King holden in and for the
County, (by adjournment) on Thursday
the twenty first Day of February
in the thirty ninth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain Etc.

IT IS ORDERED, That the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal between
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Marylebone in the
County of Middlesex Appellants and The Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster in
the said County Respondents touching the settlement of Elizabeth Dunkin< no role >
Singlewoman ; which Stood duly adjourned until this day Do stand
further adjourned
until the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for this County;
and on notice hereof in the meantime to be given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint James Westminster
they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid, on
Thursday the Fourth day of April next, at the Hour of Nine in the
Forenoon of the same Day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal.
