James Forbes< no role > Thomas Forsyth< no role > and John Mc. Donough< no role > Greeting: We command you and every one of you, that
all other business and excuses whatsoever ceasing, you appear in you proper persons before our Justices assigned to keep our Peace in the County of MIddlesex , and also to hear
and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses and other Misdemeanors committed in the same County, at the Session House for the said County, on Clerkenwell Green , on
Monday- the Second- Day of July next- at the Hours of Nine in the Forenoon of the same Day, to testify the Truth and give Evidence
between Us and William Bryce< no role > for a certain Misdemeanor

And this none of you are to omit under the Penalty of One Hundred Pounds, to be levied Etc. Witness WILLIAM MAINWARING< no role > , Esquire , at the Session House aforesaid, the
Twenty sixth Day of May- in the Thirty eighth Year of our Reign.
