the
above named Defendants severally make Oath and say that
a Bill of Indictment was found against these Deponents
at the last Sessions of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
for an Assault upon Mary the Wife of Nicholas Boram< no role >
the
Prosecutrix above named to which these Deponents have an
pleaded not Guilty and duly put in Bail to appear and try [..]
their Traverse thereto at this present Session of the Peace And
both these Deponents further severally say that they have
severally made and caused to be made diligent inquiry after
the place of residence of the said Prosecutrix in order to give
Notice of Tryal of the said Traverse at this present Session
but could not discover the same until Friday last when as
these Deponent have been informed it was too late to give
such Notice.
