for a conspiracy

Jonas Davis< no role > of Chancery Lane in the Liberty of the Rolls in the County of
Middlesex Master Printer the Prosecutor of the above Indictment maketh
Oath and saith that the above named defendants stand indicted at the
Session of Oyer and Terminer holden for the said County of Middlesex
in April last for a Conspiracy in that by anch of the art and Mystery
of a Printer called Prep Work and that the same stands for trial at the
present Session And this Deponent further saith that an Indictment
for the like offence in the same trade against Edward Atkinson< no role > John Turk< no role > Luke
Ball
< no role > Nathaniel Lynham< no role > and John Warwick< no role > now stands for Trial, at the
Ensuing Session of Oyer and Terminer to be held in for the city of London
And that Deponent further saith that the this Deponent together with other
Master printery are Prosecutors of the said last mentioned Indictment
one that it appears to this Deponent that the Defendants in the said
Indictment now standing for trial in London are the principal
King leaders and he verity believe, they are the committee of the
Journey men Printers called Prepmen and therefore he this
Deponent is advised that the enbs of Justice will be better and more
fully answered it the Trial of their Indictment is post poned until
after the Trial of the Indictment against the said Edward Alkinson
John Turk< no role > , Luke Ball< no role > , Nathaniel Lynham< no role > and John Warwick< no role >
which is in Course and intended by this Deponent and the other
Prosecutors thereof to be Pried at the said next Session of Oyer and
Terminer for the city of London
