Richard Bull< no role > of Pall Mall in the County of Middlesex
Miniature painter having commenced a Suit at Law
against Evan Evans< no role > late of Craven Street in the Strand
in the County of Middlesex Gentlemen and having obtained
Judgment therein and issued execution and levied the damages
recovered in such Action at law & having also commenced
a Prosecution by Indictment at the Session House
Clekenwell in the County of Middlesex against the said
Evan Evans< no role > for an Assault to which the said Evan Evans< no role >
his given Bail fo his Appearanced at the ensuing July
Session the further prosecution whereof i do hereby consant
and agree to relinquish now I have by these presents
remised released & for ever quit claim and by these presents
do hereby remise release and for ever quit claim unto the said
Evan Evans< no role > his Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
Manner of Action and Actions prosecution and prosecutions
Indictments Suits Cause and Causes of Action and Suit
Disputes Assaults Controversies Quarrels Reckenings Accounts
Debts Dues Duties Executions sum and Sums of money
Which I the said Richard Bull< no role > against the said Evan
Evans< no role > now have either at law or Equity and of all
Notes Bills Bonds Writings Obligatory Agreements Leases
Mortgages Judgments by confession or otherwise obtained
Executions Extents Trespasses Damages and Demands
whatsoever which I the said Richard Bull< no role > against the
said Evan Evans< no role > ever had or now have and which I my
Heirs Executors or Administrators shall or may have
