The Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Hayes in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant or
Order Under the Hands and Seals of N. Conant and
John Scott< no role > Esqr. two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace acting in and for the said County of Middlesex
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date the 13th.
Day of May last past John Kite< no role > and Sarah< no role > his
Wife and Mary< no role > this Infant Daughter Aged
eleven Years were removed from the Parish of
[mark] Acton in the County of Middlesex to the Parish
of Hayes in the County of Middlesex as the
place of their last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners therefore conceiving
themselves aggrieved by the said Warrant
to Appeal against the same
