and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Mary Lambeth , in the County of Surry

Sheweth

That by an Order bearing date the Second
day of June last under the Hands and Seals of Nicholas
Bond< no role > , and Samuel Tolpey< no role > Esquires, two of his and
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County of
Middlesex , Frances Baker< no role > Singlewoman was removed
from the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields , in the said
County of Middlesex , to the said Parish of Lambeth said
to the her last Settlement

That your Petitioners Conceiving the said
Frances Baker< no role > to have no legal Settlement in the said
Parish of Lambeth ;

Humbly Pray that an appeal
against the said Order may be entered: and
that the same be respited, until the next
Sessions to the holden in and for the said
County of Middlesex
