in their present General Quarter Session of
the peace for the said County assembled.
The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. Andrew
Holborn above the
bars
in the said County.
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of P Colquhoun, and W. Brown Esquires
two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace
for the said County (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the 24th November last Maria Earle
Singlewoman
was removed and Conveyed from and out of the
parish of St. John at Hackney
in the said County of Middlesex
to
the said parish of St. Andrew
Holborn above bars as the place of her
last legal Settlement.
Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the said Order of the said two Justices appeal to your
Worships against the same and request that the Benefit
of their said appeal may be saved unto them until the next
General Session of the peace to be holden for the said County
and that all parties concerned may be than Ordered to attend
to abide the Judgment and determination of your Worships
touching the said Appeal
