To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Session of the Peace at The Session
House on Clerkenwell Green Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
The Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Hamlet of Ratcliff in the
Parish of Saint Dunstan Stepney in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of Rice Davies< no role > Esquires and
the Reverend Henry Reynell< no role > Doctor in Diomity Two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County of Middlesex bearing date the Twenty third day of
December new last past Henry Bridges< no role > an Infant
aged One Year or there about Son of Henry Bridges< no role > was
Removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
George in the County of Middlesex to the said Hamlet
of Ratcliff as the lawful Settlement of him the said
Henry Bridges< no role > thereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
Aggrieved

And therefore they Appeal to this Court
against the Adjudiction of the said Two
Justices and the said Order And Pray
That Your Worships be pleased to
appoint some day in this present Session
for the hearing and determination of the
said Appeal And to Order that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint George and all
Persons Concerned do then attend this Court

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
