John Thatcher< no role > of No: 95 White Street in the Parish of Saint
Lukes Old Street in the County of Middlesex Cheesemonger
one of the Bail for the above named Defendant Maketh Oath
and saith that he became bail for the said Defendant before
Sitting Magistrates at the Police Office Hatton Garden upon a
Bill of Indictment Preferred and found against him in they
above Prosecution the last September Session to Appear and [..]
this Present October Session before this Worshipful Court

And this Deponent further saith that on Monday last the Twenty
Fourth day of October instant he went to the Place of
Residence of the said Defendant at Carthusian Street Charter House Square in Order to have brought him forward [..] take his
Tryal in the said Prosecutor before this Worshipful Court
And was then and there informed by Mrs: Morganhis
Housekeeper that he was gone to Cheltpam in the County of
Gloster And Should not Return for about a fortnight or the [..]
and humbly hopes on that Account this Worshipful Court will [..]
be pleased to Respite [..] his and the other Bails Recognizance
till the next Session
