against William Lancaster< no role > For a Misdemeanor

William Lancaster< no role > of number Two Plaint Tree
in the Parish of Saint Giles's in the Fields in the County of
Middlesex Caner, George Settree< no role > of Queen Street in the Parish
of Saint George Bloomsbury in the said County of Middlesex
Gentleman, And James Turner< no role > of Dean Court Old Bailey in
the City of London Gentleman Severally make Oath and Say
And first this Deponent William Lancaster< no role > for himself saith
that he stands Indicted by Mary French< no role > the above named
Prosecutrix at the last General Sessions of the Peace in the
above Prosecution And this Deponent further saith that he did
to gather with his Bail Plead and enter into recognizance to
Try his Traverse in this Prosecution as of this Present [..]
Sessions And Accordingly gave Notice [..] Trial to the said
Prosecutrix [..] to Mr Ashfield the Solicitor For the said
Prosecution of his intention thereon And this Deponent Further
saith that he caused a Subpara to be Issued From the Clerk of
the Peace for this County to compel the Testimony of Jane Walter< no role >
who was in Company with this Deponent during the whole
of the time this Misdemeanor [..] to have been [..]
by this Deponent on the Saint [..] September last as Stated
in the said Indictment on this Deponents behalf [..]
Original Subpeana is hereunto Annexed, And George Settree
For himself saith that he did on Thursday last the Twentieth day
of October instant as also on the Twenty Second instant Use
his endeavours to serve the said [..] Walker with a Copy
of the Annexed Subpeana by calling at the house of
