In the Matter of Bastardy against
Edward Berry< no role > , Turner.

On the 2d. of September last Ann Hampstead,< no role > Single woman
Sworn that she was Pregnant of a bastard - Child or bastard Children
likely to become chargeable to the Parish of Clerkenwell and that the
said Edward Berry< no role > was the Father thereof, whereupon a Warrant was
issued or which he was apprehended, and the said Edward Berry< no role > with
Ridley Bartlett< no role > and John Oates< no role > entered into the usual Recognizance.

She is not yet delivered of which and affidavit has been
made left herewith and Notice has been given to Berry and
his Sureties that the Court would be moved for containing the
Recognizance until the next Session

You will therefore be pleasd to move accordingly.
