To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex in
their General Session of the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor if the Parish
of Saint Dunstan in the West in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of William Tyler< no role > and R Johnson Esquires Two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westmr. in the County of Middlesex (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the seventeenth day
od August last Mary Ann Harrison< no role > Single Woman was removed
and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint James within
the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex to the
Parish of Saint Dunstan in the West in the City of London
as the Place of the last legal settlement of the said Mary Ann
Harrison

That your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or Order do humbly appeal against the
same and pray this Court that the Benefit of the said Appeal
be saved unto them until the next General Quarter Session of
the Peace to be holden for the said County of Middlesex and
that they and all Persons concerned may then attend to hear
and abide the judgment and determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal.
