Churchwardens an Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Marylebone

Sheweth
That by virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of

Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
Acting in and for the said County bearing date
the 27th day of July one thousand seven hundred
and ninety six

aged near five
years and
Mary Horton< no role >
aged near these Years
Orphan Children were removed and conveyed from
and out of the Parish of Saint James within the
Liberty of Westminster
in the said County to the said
Parish of Saint of Saint Marylebone
as the place of
their last legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal
to this Court against the Adjudication of
the said two Justices and their said Order
And pray that your Worships will be
pleased to appoint a Day in the present
Session for the Hearing and determining
the said Appeal
And Your Petitioners with pray Etc
