To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex in
General Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Allhalows Barking in the City of
London

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seals of John Robinson< no role > and Thomas Barnard< no role >
Esquires two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the thirty first day of December One thousand seven hundred
and ninety five Mary Sargeant< no role > was Removed and conveyed
from and out of the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Allhallows
Barking (by the description of Saint Allhallows Barkin in
the City of London ) as the place of her last legal Settlement

That your Petitioner conceived themselves aggreived
thereby and humbly appeal against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray
that the benefit of the said Appeal may be saved
unto them and that the hearing and determination
thereof may be adjourned unto the next General
session of the Peace to be Holden in and for the
said county of Middlesex
