To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint JOHN , at HACKNEY, on the said County of Middlesex ,
and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Croyder in the County of Surry
and to every of them, and to all others whom These may Concern.

Whereas, Complaint has been made unto Us, two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting in and for said County of Middlesex
(one being of Quorum) by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint JOHN, at HACKNEY , in the said County, That
Charles Collier< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > his wife and one Child then
careful Issue name & Richard< no role > aged about five Years have

become chargeable to the said Parish of Saint John, at Hackney . And
upon Examination into the Truth of the Premisses, and touching the Place
of the last legal Settlement of the said Charles Collier< no role >
taken before Us upon Oath, it approach unto Us, and
we do adjudge, That the said Charles Collier< no role > his Wife and Child as
aforesaid all become chargeable to the said Parish of Saint JOHN, at
HACKNEY , and that the said parish of Croyden in the said
county of Surry is the
Place of his and him last legal Settlement.

There are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, Strictly to charge and com-
maned you, the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of saint JOHN, at HACKNEY, offers of you, forthwith to remove
and convey the said Charles Collier< no role > his wife and child as
aforesaid
from and out if your said parish of Saint JOHN, at HACKNEY, in and to the
said parish of Croyden find deliver them ( together with
this Precept) to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or Some
or one of them, who are hereby required to receive and provide for them
according to Law. Given under our Hands and Seals the fifth Day
of November in the Year of our Lord 1795
