Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of

Esquires
two of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace
in and for the County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of
the Quorum) bearing Date the twelfth day of January One thousand
seven hundred and Ninety six A female Child named
Mary Richardson< no role >
aged Seven Years or thereabouts was removed and Conveyed from
and out of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
which heth in the County of
Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Botolph Aldersgate
in the City
of London
and delivered to your Petitioners being the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Botolph Aldersgate
the said Justices adjudging that the place of the last legal Settlement
of the said
Mary Richardson< no role >
was in the said Parish of Saint Botolph
Aldersgate
.
That Your Petitioners apprehend themselves to be aggrieved by
the Order of the said two Justices and therefore your Petitioners appeal
against the same and pray relief in the premises and
Your Petitioner also pray that the benefit of this their Appeal
may be saved unto them and that the hearing and determining
thereof may be adjourned until the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County of middlesex
