At the General Quarter Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King holden in and for the
County of Middlesex at the Sessions House
for the said County on Monday the twenty
sixth day of October in the thirty sixth
year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Order'd that Church Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint James within the City of
Westminster in this County have Notice of this Appeal
and that they and all Persons concern'd a attend the
Court at the Sessions House aforesaid on Thursday next
the twenty ninth day of October instant at the Hour of
Nine in the forenoon of the same Day to hear and abide
the Judgment and determination of the said Court
touching the said Appeal
