MIDDLESEX .

At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the king, holden for the County of
Midlesex, at the Guildhall in King Street , Westminster, in the said County on Wednesday
the twenty first Day of October in the Thirty fifth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third, king of Great Britain, Etc. Before William
Mainwaring
< no role > , Frederick Mathew< no role > , Rupert Clarke< no role > , John Bond< no role >

Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our Said Lord the King, assigned to keep the Peace in the
County aforesaid; and also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours
Committed in the same County, that Session of the Peace is adjourned, by the aforesaid Justices of
our said Lord the King abovenamed and other their Fellows aforesaid, here until Monday
the twenty sixth day of the Same Month of October at the hour of Ten in the Forenoon
of the same Day, to be holden at the Session House upon Clerkenwell Green , in and for the said County,
and that at the same Session o the Peace being holden by Adjournment aforesaid, at the Session House
aforesaid, in and for the said County, on the said Monday the twenty sixth Day of
October in the thirty sixth Year of the Reign of our said Sovereign Lord George the third king of Great Britain before the said Justices of our said Lord the King
abovenamed, and other their Fellows aforesaid. Tat Session of the Peace is adjourned by the afore-
said Justices of our Said Lord the King above named, and other their Fellows aforesaid, here until
Tuesday the twenty seventh Day of the same Month of October at the Hour and
Place last abovesaid, and that at the Same Session of the Peace, being holden by Adjournment afore-
Said, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said county, on the said Tuesday the
twenty seventh Day of October in the Year last aforesaid before the said Justices of our
Said Lord the King abovenamed, and other their Fellows aforesaid. That Session of the Peace is ad-
journed by the aforesaid Justices of the our said Lord the King abovenamed, and other their Fellows
aforesaid, here until Wednesday the twenty eighth Day of the same Month of October
at the Hour and Place last abovesaid, and that at the Same Session of the Peace being holden by Ad-
Journment aforesaid, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on the said
Wednesday the twenty eighth Day of October in the Year last aforesaid before the
Said Justie of our said Lord the King abovenamed, and others their Fellows aforesaid, that Session
of the Peace is adjourned by the aforesaid Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed, and
other their Fellows aforesaid here until Thursday the Twenty ninth Day of the same Month
of October At the Hour and Place last abovesaid. And that at the Same Session of the Peace
being holden by Adjournment aforesaid, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on
the said Thursday the Twenty ninth Day of October in the Year last aforesaid before
the Said Justices of our Said Lord the King abovenamed, and other their Fellows aforesaid.

WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of chesham in the county of Bucks
Have at this present Session Exhibited their petition and appeal setting fort That by virtue of an
order under the Hands and Seals of John Bond< no role > Esqr. and John de Veil Clerk< no role > two of this Majestys
Justices of the peace acting in and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the Fourteenth day of September last past Joseph Burch< no role > and ann< no role > his were removed and conveyed
from and out of the parish Harrow on the Hill in the County of Middlesex to the parish of Chesham
aforesaid, whereby the petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved

NOW, upon hearing the said Appeal, and what hath been alledged by the respective Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Said Parishes, their Counsel and Witnesses in and concerning the Premises, IT IS
ORDERED, that the said Appeal be, and the same is hereby allowed, and the said Order of the said two Justices is
hereby vacated and set aside; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and Overseers of
Poor of the said Parish of Chesham Bucks do forthwith, convey and deliver back the
said Joseph Burch< no role > and ann his wife (together with a Copy of this Order) unto the
Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Harrow on the Hill
who are hereby required to receive and provide for the said Joseph Burch< no role > and ann his wife
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of Law. And IT IS FURTHER
ORDERED, that the Churchwardens and overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Harrow on the Hill
do forth with pay or cause to be paid unto the Church-wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of chesham , Bucks
the Sum of One pound Eleven Shillings and six pence for their Charges and Expences in relieving and
maintaining the said Joseph Burch< no role > and ann his wife since their said Removal
