11th. July 1795 Pry an order of this Date under the
Hands & Seals of Thos. Collins< no role > & Saml Hawkins< no role >
two of his Majestys Justs of the Peace for the
co. of Middx Saml Faulkner< no role > has been removed
from the Parish of Finchley to the Parish of
Flewer as the Place of his last lawful Settlemt.

An Appeal was loged at the last Sess:
agt. the Order & the Hearing was respited to the
present, but the Respondts. being satisfied [..] that
the Paupers Settlemt is at Harpole by a Hering
& Service there for a Year have agreed to consent
to the Allowance of the Appeal & will give a
Brief to Counsel to Consent accordingly

It is submitted that the Appeallts under
the Circumsts are not only intitled to mamlty.
for the Pauper during his Residce. at Flewer [..]
also the the Exps of bringing him from thence & the
present Application to the Court.
