Laleham in the said County of Middlesex ,
and to the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Olave in Borough in the County of of Southworke
in the County of Surrey

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County of Mid-
dlesex, (one whereof being of the QUORUM) by the Church War-
dens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Laleham

Elizabeth< no role > his wife and their there Children

aged about five Month
have
lately intruded and came into the said Parish of Laleham
and me become chargeable to the same: We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises upon Oath
and other Circumstances, do adjudge the same to be true, and do
also adjudge the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Thomas Revel< no role > and Elizabeth his Wife
and their said three Children
to be in the said Parish of Saint Olave in the Borough
of Southworke in the said County of Surrey

on fight hereof, to remove and convey the said Thomas

from the out of your said Parish of Laleham
to the said Parish of Saint Have in the Borough
of Southwarke in the County of Surrey
and them deliver unto the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this our
Order, or a true Copy thereof, who are hereby required to receive
and provide for them according to Law. Given under our
