To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in their present General Quarter
Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwans
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of saint Clement Danes in the County
of Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order under the Hands
and Seals of Joseph Andrews< no role > and H. I. Pye Esquires
Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the
County of Middlesex and City and Liberty of Westminster
(one of the Quorum) bearing date the 5th, day of October
1795 James Abberley< no role > Elizabeth< no role > his wife and their Three
Children vizt. Elizabeth< no role > aged five years John< no role > aged Three
years and Benjamin< no role > aged One year and an half were
removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of
Saint Margaret in the City of Westminster to the said
Parish of Saint Clement Danes as the Place of their last
legal Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners conceive
themselves aggreived

Your Petitioners therefore appeal
against the said Order and humbly pray
relief in the Premises and that your
Worshipes will be Pleased to appoint
some day in this Present session for
the hearing and Determining this their
Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray. Etc.
