To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in General
Quarter Session of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Chesham in the
County of Bucks

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands and Seals
of John Bond< no role > and John De' Veil< no role > Esquires two of his
Majesys Justices of the Peace acting in and for the
County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the fourteenth Day of September last past
Joseph Burch< no role > and Ann< no role > his Wife were removed and
conveyed from and out of the Parish of Harrow on the
Hill in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of Chesham
Aforesaid whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to
be aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal to this
Court against the Adjudication of the said two Justices
and their said Order and pray that the said Appal may
be entered and that your Worships will be pleased to
appoint a Day to hear and determine the said
Appeal and your Petitioners will ever pray Etc Etc
