The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of that
part of the parish of Saint Andrew Holborn which lies
above the Barrs
in the County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by virtue of an Order under the Hands and
Seals of G. Mercer and J. Mercer Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace
in and for the County of Middlesex
(one whereof
is of the Quorum) bearing date the Eleventh day of Jane Instant

was Removed and conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Mary le Bone
in the said County to the said
part of the said parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
as the place
of his last legal Settlement
Your Petitioners concerning themselves
aggrieved by the said Order of the said two Justices
Appeal to your Worships against the same and humbly
request that the benefit of their said Appeal may be
saved unto them until the next General Session of the
Peace to be holden for the said County and that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of saint Mary le Bone
may them be ordered
to attend to abide the Judgment and determination of
the Court touching the said Appeal
