the third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of Isleworth in the County of Middlesex have Notice of
this Appeal and that they and all persons concerned do attend this
Court at the Sessions House aforesaid on Thursday next the twenty
ninth day of October to hear and abide the Judgment and determination
of the Court touching the said Appeal.
