To the Worshipful His Majestys
Justices of the Peace in and for the
County of Middlesex in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition of the Overseers of
the Poor of the Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton
Garden and Ely Rents in the Parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn in the said County.

Sheweth


That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of
W Bleamire and R. Clarke Esquire two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace (one whereof is of the Quorum) being
Date the 24th Day of April 1795 David Hastings< no role > aged about
25 Year (who was then Insane) was removed and conveyed
from the Liberty of the Rolls in the said County of Middx
to the said Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden and Ely Rents
as the Place of his last legal Settlement whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved.

Your Petitioner therefore appeal
against the said order and humbly pray
Relief in the Premes and that the Benefit
of this their said appeal may be saved
unto them until the next Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden in &
for the said County

And Your Petitioners shall ever
pray Etc.
