To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in
their Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Dunstan in the West
in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of R. Clark and F Mathue Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the Thirtieth day of April last Jeffery Hamett
Oneale
< no role > a Singleman was removed and conveyed from
and out of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the County
of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint Dunstan in the
West in the City of London as the Place of the last
legal, Settlement of the said Jeffery Hamett Oneale

That your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Ward or Order Do humbly appeal against
the same and pray this Court that the Benefit of the said
Appeal be saved unto them until the next General Session
to be holden for the said County of Middlesex and that
they and all Persons Concerned may then attend to hear
and abide the Judgment and determination of this
Court touching the said Appeal.

And your Petitioners will ever pray
