To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the
Peace of the County of Middlesex held by adjournment
on Tuesday 19th. May 1795.

The Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Chepping Wycombe in the County of Bricks

Sheweth


That by an Order of Removal dated the Eighteenth day of
April 1795 under the Hands and Seals of John Hatchett< no role > and George Reid< no role >
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex
Mary Rogers< no role > Widow of John Rogers< no role > and three of their Children Vizt. Ann< no role >
aged about Seven Years, John< no role > aged about five Years and Thomas< no role > , aged
fifteen Months Inhabitants of the Hamlet of Hammersmith in the Parish
of Fulham in the said County of Middlesex were removed to the said
Parish of Chepping Wycombe as the place of their last legal Settlement
by which Order the said Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Chepping Wycombe thinking themselves aggrieved do
appeal therefrom to your Worships at the present adjourned Sessions
and pray such relief in the premises as to your Worships shall seem
meet
