MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
on Friday - the Twentieth Day of February in the
Thirty fifth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

Benjamin Casson< no role > having articles of the peace Exhibitedand Field
against him at this present Session by Ann Casson< no role > his Wife
through fear of death on of receiving some Codily harm from him
being brought into Court is committed to New Prison at Clerkenwell
until has hall when into a [..] himself £40 not w oppt. turtin in £20 ea
in this Countyfor want for hisPersonal appearance at the General
or Genl. Quarter Session of the Peace which shall be first held for this County
next after the expiration of Twelve Months to answer what may
be then and there objected against him and that in the mean
time he do Keep the Peace towards all His Majestys Aege
Subjects and especially towards the said Ann Casson< no role > And
It is Ordered that he do give Twenty four hours notice of
Bail to Mr: Namilton of Berwick Street Soho Attorney for
the said Ann Casson< no role > before the same be taken
