Thomas Jones< no role > of Wimpole Street in the Parish of Saint
Mary le bone in the County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath
and saith That in December Session last he this Deponent
Preferred a BIll of Indictment against the above named
Defendant for a Violent Assault made upon hun this
Deponent by the said Defendant and obtained a Bench
Warrant thereon against him for the same and the said
Defendant did in January Session last Plead Not Guilty
to the said Indictment and put in fresh Bail to try his
Traverse at this Present Session at this Deponent hath
bun Informed and believes And this Deponent saith
That he hath not received any Notice of Trial from the
said Defendant neither hath the Defendant taken any
Steps to bring himself to tryal upon the said Indictment
Or done any other Not whereby Discharge himself
therefrom
