MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the
County of Middlesex , at the Session-House for the said
County, (by adjournment) on Thursday
the Fifth Day of December
in the Thirty fourth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, Etc.

WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Olave Heart Street in the City of London have at this present
Session, exhibited their Petition and Appeal setting for That by virtue of a Pass Warrant
or Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of William Wickham< no role > Esqr . and
The Reverend Henry Reynett< no role > Clerk two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace in and
for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 14th.
day November 1793 Hannah Lane< no role > the Wife of Robert Lane< no role > (Lately Impressed
in His Majestys Service ) and her Child Mary< no role > aged about Ten Months the lawful
Issue by her said Husband were removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish
of St Botolph without aldgate in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of St. Olave
Hart Street as the place of the last legal settlement of the said Hannah Lane< no role > and her
said Child, whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved

WHEREUPON at the request of the said Petitioners, IT IS ORDERED, That the
benefit of their said Appeal should be saved unto them, and hearing and determining
thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned until the next General Quarter Session
of the Peace to be holden for this County; and on notice hereof in the meantime to be given
unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St Botolph without
Aldgate they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House
aforesaid, on Thursday the Sixteenth day of January next, at the Hour of
Nine in the Forenoon of the same Day to hear and abide the judgment and determination of
the said Court touching the said Appeal.
