To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex at their
General Session of the peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Olave
Hart Street in the City of London .

Sheweth


Tath by Virtue of a Pass Warrant of Order of Removal
under the Hands and Seals of William Wickham< no role > Esquire
and the Reverend Henry Reynett< no role > Clerk two of his Majestys
Justices of the peace in and for the County of Middlesex (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the Fourteenth
day of November One thousand seven Hundred and Ninety
three Hannah Lane< no role > the Wife of Robert Lane< no role > (lately impressed
in his Majestys Service ) And her Child Mary< no role > aged about
Ten Months the Lawful Issue by her said Husband were
removed and Conveyed from and out of the parish of Saint
Botolph without Aldgate in the County of Middlesex into
the said Parish of Saint Olave Hart Street as the place
of the last legal Settlement of the said Hannah Lane< no role > and
her said Child

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Passd Warrant or Order
of Removal of the said two Justices do
therefore humbly appeal to this Court against
the same Praying such Relief is the premises
as to this Court shall seem meet

And your Petitioners shall ever
pray Etc
