the said [..] Judgment Order and Conviction is alledged

That your Petitioner conceive himself to be further
aggrieved in the premises was much as your Petitioner is advised that
the Proceedings against him before the said Nathaniel Bland< no role > Esquire
for the aforesaid alledged Offence are in other respect errors one
irregular and informal

Your Petitioner therefore appeal to your Worships
against the said Judgment Order and Conviction
and humbly prays Relief in the Premises and that
your Worships will be pleased to Order that the
said Sum of Five pounds so levied upon and paid
by Distress and Sale of the Goods and Chattles of
your Petitioner may be returned and repaid to
him forthwith and that your Worships will be
pleaded to appoint some Day in the present Session
for the Hearing of this his Appeal

And your Petitioner shall ever pray Etc
